Enjoy a beautiful biking adventure that starts in the mountains at 2200 meters above sea level and ends up by the sea. Explore off-road trails through the pine forest and pass through small villages full of local traditions. Some experience on a mountain bike is necessary. 

• Join us at our shop in Los Cristianos and we will take you to 2200 meters above sea level in our van to the starting point of this exciting bike adventure that starts in the mountains and ends at the sea.
• The first half is through pine forests on double-track fire roads high up in the mountains. The second half is on secondary roads through rural villages with spectaclar views of Costa Adeje and full of traditional Canarian culture.
• The riding time is approximately 2.5 hours and 30 kilometers of which 95% is downhill. The total time is approximately 4 hours including the van ride to the top of the mountains.

S1 Level trails comprising mostly compacted gravel or solid earth with some flat roots and smaller rocks. The surface may become loose at times, periods of stand-up riding may be required to overcome obstacles and steeper gradients are to be expected.

• The price includes mountain bikes, safety equipment, and transport to the starting point.
• It is mandatory to wear closed-toe shoes. You need to bring a light jacket or sweater between the months of October and June, as it can get cold in the mountains. A small backpack with some water and an energy bar or a snack.

• It is esencial that you are confident riding a bike offroad.
• A good level of fitness is required.
• Due to insurance reasons the minimum age for this activity is 14 and maximum 65.
